The Celtics lost a heartbreaker yesterday, falling to the Heat 130-126 in a game that was crucial in terms of playoff seeding. Despite the loss, Evan Fournier still managed to put up his best game yet in a Celtics uniform.

Fournier dropped 30 points along with three rebounds and eight assists. He played around 35 minutes and shot 11-16 from the field and 7-11 from deep. His 30 points led all players in scoring for the game.

This game continued a hot stretch for the French swingman. He is averaging 18.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.6 assists over the last five games. He has also shot 64.9% from the field and 61.3% from three over that span. He has slowly been recovering from COVID and is finally looking like the player Danny Ainge traded for.

Boston will hope to get their revenge on Tuesday when they take on the Miami Heat once again. That one tips off at 7:30 p.m. (EST) on TNT.
